A better Environment

Pretty busy these days. Been a while since I last blogged. As you grow older, you hardly get inspired by this cruel society.

*This is a very negative post & it's full of my personal opinion. No offence to anyone at all.*
I've progressed to where I wanted to go and felt that there's a need to study hard to work towards my goal. It's good that I'm one step closer. However, people here ain't as matured as how I thought they will be...

In my class, there are many different 'type' of people. Like usual, there's a class clown, bimbo, someone who comes to school to sleep, Ace scorer, gossipers, two-faced, anti-social, troublemaker, fight picker, boycott happening and people who backstab you. Obviously, a class would be made out of these people and other than accepting, there's nothing else that you can do.

Being in school isn't all about looking all pretty and good, at the end of the day, those don't matter. Only that certificate that you held in your hand during graduation ceremony would matter. The number of 'A', 'B', 'C' or 'U' that you get is all that ever matters. For sure there will be fun in school but, it's all about the knowledge that you have.

Mr Jack Sim said: "Education, it's all about learning the things that the teacher teaches and then throw it back to the teachers and get graded. (Examinations) Education is sh*t."

Everyone has a different talent, not all can study well. There are some who wants to study well, but there are some that come to school just because they had to.

I don't understand why one would feel terrified to go to school. Why one wouldn't want to go to school. I think that school should be a place that you make friends, that you learn and gain knowledge. School should be a place where you pick up your morals and courage. When we are in our kindergarten years, we always looked forward to going to school, isn't it? But why do we fear as we grow older?

Frankly speaking, we, human beings, love to learn. When we are young and we first got a new toy, we would analyze it, smell it and bite it. Within a minute, we would just dump it aside. Why? Because we have already learnt every single detail of the toy. Our parents would get upset, but they should be more than happy that we've learnt.

I honestly hate to see people getting bullied, especially when most in the class starts going against the person together. I know that not all of us can accept one another but there's no need to go to that extent of boycott or even gang up against that particular person.

Things could've been resolved in a matured manner. Instead of making that person feel afraid of going to school, thinks that everyone detests him and starts to dislike going to school. If you dislike someone, simply tell the person what exactly you dislike about him/her. E.g. I dislike your attitude. OR I dislike the way that you talk to us.

I'm sure that he/she will be more than willing to listen to you, to change. Perhaps he will get angry at that moment but I'm pretty sure that things will be better. If everyone just talks behind his back and just put on a smiley front when facing that person, he will not know and thinks that he's doing fine. But out of nowhere, everyone starts firing him in a group. Put yourself in his shoes, how would you have felt? Scared? Shocked? Nervous?

I just hope that this society can be a little more peaceful. Imagine after he got that special 'treatment' and he couldn't take it. He might have already suicide due to depression. Something that you take lightly doesn't equal to others taking it the same way.

I guess the scariest kind of person in the world is the ones holding a knife behind their back while smiling to you. Beware and be observant. If this person can backstab X but still be good friends, stay away cause you might be the next victim.

Having a small group of friends doesn't harm. A small group that's true to you is better than a big group that's not sincere to you.

Hope that everyone's doing well! Stay healthy and be happy.
